The service
Poselight turns selfies your team uploads into AI-generated professional headshots, reviewed by a human before delivery. Packs are priced per seat; payment is handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which issues your receipt.
Your responsibilities
Only upload photos of people who know and agree that their photos will be used to generate headshots. Don’t upload photos of minors, third parties without consent, or anyone else’s intellectual property. We may decline and refund orders that violate this.
What you get
You and your team own the delivered headshots and can use them anywhere — websites, LinkedIn, print, anything. We don’t reuse them, publish them, or claim rights over them.
Quality promise & refunds
A human reviews every gallery before it ships. If a batch doesn’t look like the person, we retrain and regenerate at no charge; if you’re still not happy, reply to your delivery email within 14 days and we’ll refund that seat.
The honest fine print
AI-generated images can occasionally contain artifacts — that’s why a human reviews them, and why the remake-or-refund promise above exists. The service is provided as-is beyond that promise; our total liability is capped at what you paid. We may update these terms, and material changes will be announced by email.
